Client Cancellations: Clients may cancel their appointment on their own up to 24 hours before their scheduled time. Late Cancellations: If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment, 50% of the original service amount will be charged to the card on file. If a cancellation occurs less than 12 hours before the appointment, 75% of the original service amount will be charged to the card on file. If a cancellation occurs less than 1 hours before the appointment, 100% of the original service amount will be charged to the card on file. No-Shows: A No-Show is a client that never arrives or fails to show up 25 minutes after their scheduled appointment. No-Shows will charged 100% of the original service amount. Lateness Policy: A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes late, a $20 late fee will be applied. After 20 minutes late, service time may be shortened or rescheduled. After 25 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and treated as a No-Show. Deposits: All deposits are NON-Refundable. Deposits are only transferable if the client reschedules within 48 hours of existing appointment. In the rare case that the stylist (Lu Lu’s Loc & Braid Bar) has to cancel/reschedule the appointment, the deposit will be returned or transferred to new appointment date. Additional requirements & Acknowledgments: Payment: I accept Apple Pay and card payments for your convenience. Please note: payments made through GlossGenius include a 2.5% processing fee. Payments without additional fees are Cash, CashApp, and Venmo & Zelle. Hair Length: All clients booking braids or any hairstyle requiring extensions must have 4 inches or longer in length. This does not apply to loc clients. Children’s Safety & Behavior: All children 6 and under require an adult supervision during appointment unless discussed otherwise. Children 7 and up can be dropped off and will be notified 30 minutes before appointment is completed. Parents are responsible for relaying any and all preexisting medical conditions, sensitivity’s , allergies and or special needs for your child, it is imperative that I know which will allow me to move more effectively and or book more time if needed. I understand that while all reasonable precautions are taken to ensure safety and cleanliness, LuLu’s Loc&Braid Bar will not be held responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, allergic reactions, or any other incidents that may occur before, during, or after your child’s hair appointment. If a child becomes excessively restless, uncooperative, or physically volatile to the point where it is unsafe or unreasonable to continue, LuLu’s Loc&Braid Bar reserves the right to discontinue the service at any time. In such cases, the service may be stopped and rescheduled at the stylist’s discretion. Any deposit or payment made may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances. Respectful Conduct: Parent, guardian, or accompanying adult are welcome to wait inside the salon during the appointment. However, respectful behavior is required at all times. If guest becomes disruptive, disrespectful, or argumentative, they will be asked to wait in the outside seating area or their vehicle until the appointment is complete. If the client themselves displays disrespectful behavior and fails to correct it after being addressed, the service will be ended immediately and no refund will be issued.
